Swole Strong

This class will induce a higher and better awareness of how your body moves in space. Exercises that makes your muscles work harder than they usually do. Strength and conditioning training increases your strength, power as well as endurance. In some sessions, power and aerobic exercises are utilised to improve the cardiovascular system. 

This session involves the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, weights, barbells etc.

Eruption

Eruption is a combination of HIIT, Circuit Training and Metcon classes. 

Popular exercises expected in this class are Max calorie rowing/assault bike, Equipment Carrying, Sled Pushes, Farmers Walks and Battleropes and probably endless running.

Tour De Garage

VISUALISE SPINNING WITH STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING AT AN INTERVAL TIME FRAME

The class is set off on a list of exercises on & off the bike during the interval time frame. Depending on the workout of the day, you have different targets to meeting.

Either hitting the distance/calories or maxing out on the mentioned repetitions.These can include dead balls, kettlebells, weight plates, dumbbells, or bodyweight exercises, etc

You choose your own weights to workout with.

Kettlebells are beneficial for everyone. No matter what your fitness level, kettlebell workouts can increase your strength, endurance, agility and balance.

Outdoor Challenge

The Outdoor Programme takes place at a different location and has a variation in the structure to each session so they are not always the same.

There is a multitude of kit and equipment that the coaches will utilize throughout the class. 

Workouts may be individual or team based.

Barbell

This class focuses on learning the fundamentals of powerlifting and teaches correct form in the compound lifts.

With the correct form and technique required to lift weights safely and correctly, it will help you to build strong foundations.

Pow!Fit

Before getting into more intense regime, basic techniques will be taught at the beginning of every lesson. The moves include a combination of large, sweeping punches (crosses, hooks, uppercuts); smaller punches (jabs); squats (ducks); and short, quick steps forward and back. The other type of exercise class involves strength training, stretching, and hitting a punching bag.

Boxing challenges tour reaction, positioning and balancing.

*Boxing gloves are not provided in class, it has to be purchased separately.

Kids Boxing

Get your kids involved in as much athletic variety as possible to develop body awareness, strong mental habits. 

Come to the gym and play boxing, keeping in mind the fundamentals of hands up and head down, making it fun with games for lateral, forward & backward shuffles, jump rope, basic mitts, etc.

The biggest thing with kids that age are to let them have fun while they learn the absolute basic skills (don’t even worry about strategies yet).

*Boxing gloves are not provided in class, it has to be purchased separately.

Step It Up

Music-based fitness program made up of step aerobics, cardio and strength workouts. Don’t be surprised when you find out you can burn up to 500 calories in this exciting class. 

People of all ages and fitness level can participate.
