METCON is a varied, high intensity interval functional fitness program based on triplanar movement, and the 11 METCON foundational movements. Our METCON classes are always different, and challenge you each time. Some are timed, some are competition based, and some are even partner based, but one thing is certain: The daily workout will always be a challenge.

MetaPWR High Intensity Interval Training Classes

MetaPWR is the new workout from Metafit, sticking to the fundamental High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) training principles. Our HIIT class in Singapore is a 30 minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency.

MetaPWR develops strength and power not from ‘traditional’ gym strength training, but by carefully selecting equipment that will offer both resistance and explosive/ballistic exercises. Combining this with plyometric and non-plyometric bodyweight exercises promotes muscle adaption and growth, heightens your metabolic rate, and helps burn body fat. The use of weighted equipment also helps with bone density.
