Of course. We customise our trainings to meet individual fitness needs and standards. Whether you have led a largely sedentary lifestyle or is a closet Joseph Schooling, we got your back. There are no fitness level requirements, but we expect commitment to your fitness goals.

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY

We focused on form, technique and daily movement, beyond crazy cardio-driven repetitions.

Five repetitions in a correct form are more effective, at weight-loss and enhancing your daily mobility, than 12 repetitions with an improper form.

When you’re panting and gasping, peer motivation goes a long way. Here at Swolefit Garage, you’re training with like-minded individuals from the neighbourhood who have embarked on a similar fitness journey as yourself. As your body is screaming “NO MORE!”, the community will be screaming “SOMEMORE!!!”.

Coach Sarhan graduated from PSB Academy with a Diploma in Sport Excercise Science which began his career in the fitness industry. He is currently pursuing his Degree in Sports & Exercise Science. Beyond theoretical knowledge, he gained fitness experience through certifications including ACE Personal Trainer, Crossfit, TRX, Kettlebell, Functional & Mobility, Metcon, and HIIT. Additionally, Sarhan is also certified rehab therapist and a sports masseur. If you’re afraid of getting injured, don’t worry, he’s got your back– literally.

Started with the goal of losing weight, Suganthi developed a passion in weight-lifting from the addiction of adrenaline rush during high-intensity workouts. Her experience with Strongman Training made her realise the love of heavy-lifting; from barbells, tyres, sandbags, yokes– you name it, she’s probably lifted it. She is kettlebell, TRX, Functional & Mobility certified, and is constantly on a lookout to improve herself further. To spread awareness that big girls can lift, and that hard work pays off, she started Swolefit Garage to help girls like her break inferiority barriers.
