Started with the goal of losing weight, Suganthi developed the passion in weight-lifting from the addiction of adrenaline rush during high-intensity workouts. Her journey started off with Strongman Training which made her realise the love of lifting heavy equipment; barbells, tyres, sandbags, yokes, and more. To spread awareness that big girls can lift, and that hard work pays off, she built her confidence which in turn helped her to elevate her enthusiasm to help girls break inferiority barriers. Personal trainer, kettlebell, TRX, Functional & Mobility certified, but still constantly on a lookout to improve herself. To Sugathi, the best way to learn is to teach and share her knowledge with others, which has brought her to coach in her humble gym.
