Started with the goal of losing weight, Suganthi developed a passion in weight-lifting from the addiction of adrenaline rush during high-intensity workouts. Her experience with Strongman Training made her realise the love of heavy-lifting; from barbells, tyres, sandbags, yokes– you name it, she’s probably lifted it. She is kettlebell, TRX, Functional & Mobility certified, and is constantly on a lookout to improve herself further. To spread awareness that big girls can lift, and that hard work pays off, she started Swolefit Garage to help girls like her break inferiority barriers.
